Coronavirus Visit Policy
With the recent increased levels of concern regarding the coronavirus pandemic, as a business and in our personal lives we have decided to continue to treat the matter with the utmost seriousness, with the following new procedures.
Fortunately the overwhelming majority of our work is outside and involves very little need for human interaction.
So, quite simply, we intend to continue to work until it is no longer possible to do so, however with immediate effect we will refrain from entering any client premises, instead we will announce our arrival by telephone/email/text.
Our work will be completed as normal and we will notify you when we leave. If there is a need for further discussion during the visit – then we will call the designated contact person.
we intend to adopt a minimum 2 metre social distancing policy and politely request that you do the same during our visit.
This policy will remain under constant review during this time, hopefully we can all return to normal soon. Thank you for your understanding.
